CAD Setup & Parameterization (Exocad & 3Shape)
Mastering both industry-standard software interfaces, anatomical tooth library management, cement gap calibration, and virtual articulator adjustment.
Anterior Sectors & Digital Smile Design
High-precision anterior morphology, designing aesthetic veneers and crowns, respecting incisal axes, line angles, and natural biomimicry.
Posterior Sectors & Occlusal Biomechanics
Modeling inlays, onlays, overlays, and posterior bridges. Balancing occlusal contact points while respecting canine and incisal guidance.
Implant Workflows & Custom Abutments
Scanbody recognition, designing custom hybrid abutments (Ti-Base), anatomical emergence profiles, and complex screw-retained frameworks.
CAM Export, Nesting & 3D Printing
Preparing STL/PLY files for 5-axis milling machines and 3D printers. Nesting in CAM software, support connector placement, and metrological inspection.

Each stage includes a step-by-step demonstration and immediate hands-on practice by every participant.
Digital Design (Exocad)
Comparative anterior dental morphology, digital smile design, strict adherence to incisal axes, transitional line angles, and micrometric cervical margin definition.
Digital Spruing
Virtual sprue positioning, hot ceramic hydrodynamic flow analysis, optimized cylinder orientation, and preservation of delicate incisal edges.
High-Precision Pressing
Selecting IPS e.max / lithium disilicate ingots, vacuum press furnace calibration, thermal curve management, and porosity elimination.
Finishing & Micro-Texture
Micrometric devesting, accurate contact point adjustment on model, carving macro- and micro-surface textures under binocular loupes.
Artistic Characterization & Glazing
Multi-layer chromatic staining, reproducing incisal translucency, dentinal mamelons, halos, and final glaze for lifelike intraoral biomimicry.
